Verify events on our online portal is easy. The activity report has a bunch of features for instance a staffed hours filter specific to your club, "hiding" all events during staffed hours with the flick of a switch. The activity report contains all relevant information for each event like; - member name - member contact details - access time - how many people entered - event video evidence Repeat offender information is available on hand while reviewing an event which shows how the members previous offences were dealt with.

RESOLVE
Once verified you can resolve the event with one of our close resolutions. Allowing reporting for the club, your owners and your head office.

Profile Camera
We have selected this particular setup over a cheaper alternative because a cheaper profile camera solution was unable to give us the exact footage we want. For example, we would be relying on the camera to detect motion and record it - this worked however we then end up with a video file 30 seconds to 5 minutes long if there wasn't a break in movement. Then, providing you with this video would required sifting through to find the tailgating event. The cheaper solution had a cost of approximately $250 but it is not fit for purpose. We have developed a Profile Camera package that is fit for purpose.
It costs $645 for the profile camera which includes a camera, small network device and a one-off licence cost with this solution we are able to give you the footage of the exact 10 seconds the tailgating event happened - 5 seconds before and 5 seconds after directly in the FelixGate Portal. Although slightly higher in cost, it provides a better result and a cleaner data for clubs to act upon.
Counting Sensor
We trialed many different types of counting sensors and found that no other sensor was as accurate and customisable for any installation as the one we have chosen. with accuracy at 98% correct, it is the best fit for FelixGate. During a trial of a cheaper sensor we found it had an accuracy of 46% which fluctuated with different lighting and other environmental factors.
